日文的itil高级认证的合格率很低？

看到这个标题吓我一跳：上位試験合格者はわずか167人、日本のITILは大丈夫か

日本是一个it培训大国。it专业人员都喜欢用一大堆的认证来证明自己的能力。
半年前一起工作的一个日本朋友当时就在准备itil foundation的itil基础认证。
2003年开始，日本已经进行了5年itil认证资格考试。2004年底开始，日本的各类媒体和出版机构都加大了itil的宣传。企业的it治理和管控也进行到了一个新阶段。各类型企业都在积极推行itil的最佳实践。

现在日本itil foundation的认证资格获得者有4万人。itil service manager的认证资格者只有167人。

是机会啊。
sso一年培训的manager也有不少了吧。。
